Refund Policy

At PRNKS, we sell laughs, awkward stares, and sometimes questionable life choices. But hey — sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s what happens if you want to return or refund your prank purchase.
 

1. Eligibility 🎯

You can request a return/refund if:

  • Your item arrived damaged (like squished whoopee cushion vibes).

  • You got the wrong product (we’ll admit it, our prank elves mess up sometimes).

  • The product is defective (like a prank pen that doesn’t shock… shocking, we know).

  • Include your order number, photos (if it’s damaged/defective), and a quick explanation.

  • Our team will respond faster than your friend saying “bro, wtf is this gift?”
     

4. Refunds 💳

  • If approved, refunds will be processed via your original payment method.

  • Refund timing depends on your bank (sometimes they move slower than a snail on vacation).

  • In some cases, we may offer store credit — because who doesn’t want another shot at mischief?
     

5. Exchanges 🔁

  • Want to swap it for something else? Sure, if the product is eligible.

  • If the prank you want is out of stock, you’ll get a refund or credit instead.
     

6. Return Shipping 📦

  • If the mistake was on us → we cover the return shipping.

  • If the mistake was on you (wrong size, wrong address, prank regret) → shipping costs are on you.
     

7. Lost or Stolen Packages 🕵️

  • Once the courier marks your package as “delivered,” PRNKS is no longer responsible.

  • Check with neighbors, security guards, or your dog (sometimes they steal boxes).
