Shipping Policy

We know you can’t wait to unleash your prank. Here’s how we get PRNKS goodies from our lair → to your doorstep.
 

1. Shipping Zones 🌍

  • Right now, we ship worldwide.

  • If your address is on Mars, Atlantis, or “Your Mom’s House” — sorry, can’t deliver there (yet).
     

2. Processing Time ⏳

  • Once you place an order, our prank elves start packing it within 1-2 Business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays? They’ll be processed the next working day (our elves need naps too).
     

3. Delivery Time 📦

  • Standard delivery usually takes 3-7 days, depending on your location.

  • Express shipping (if available) will get your prank faster — but still not faster than your nosy neighbor asking, “What’s in the box?”

  • Delivery times are estimates. Sometimes couriers move slower than dial-up internet — don’t blame us, blame traffic, rain, or Mercury retrograde.
     

4. Tracking 🔍

  • You’ll get a tracking number once your order ships.

  • If it doesn’t update right away, relax — the system just likes suspense (just like our pranks).
     

5. Shipping Costs 💸

  • Shipping fees are shown at checkout.

  • Free shipping may apply if your order crosses a certain amount (we’ll brag about it if that’s the case).

  • No, we don’t accept “exposure” as payment for shipping.
     

6. Wrong Address Oops 😬

  • Entered the wrong address? That’s on you, champ. Double-check before hitting “Place Order.”

  • If the order bounces back to us, we’ll contact you — but reshipping costs may apply.
     

7. Lost or Delayed Packages 🕵️

  • If your package takes forever or gets lost, we’ll work with the courier to track it down.

  • PRNKS isn’t responsible for courier delays, natural disasters, or your dog eating the delivery guy’s shoe.

  • Worst case? We’ll sort things out with you fairly (we want you laughing, not crying).
     

8. International Shipping 🌐

  • Customs, duties, and taxes may apply outside India. Those are the customer’s responsibility (we can’t prank customs officers).

  • Delivery times may be longer if customs decide to have a staring contest with your package.
